The TALK500-ER Emergency Connect Phone provides peace of mind for individuals who live alone and for their family. In case of an emergency, pressing the phone's wrist-watch style remote control calls your preprogrammed contact phone numbers. A lanyard or wrist band remote control are included.
    The TALK500-ER features a talking Caller ID that speaks the name/number of the caller. It also has a talking keypad with big buttons, speakerphone in the base, 40dB amplification and more!
    When using the SOS feature, a user-recorded emergency message is delivered to a sequential list of up to 30 pre-programmed phone numbers. Once a caller picks up the call, the message is delivered and the speakerphone will be activated for 3 minutes. If your caller does not press #1 and then #2 the conversation will disconnect and dial the next number on the list.
    If there is no response from the 1st emergency call, or if the 1st caller does not press the numbers 1 and 2 sequentially to cancel the SOS function, the phone will dial the next number.     If all the emergency calls receive no response, the phone automatically redials the numbers 10 minutes later.
