The Eclipse Computer Light helps prevent glare, a major cause of eyestrain. Center the Eclipse Computer Light over your monitor. Attach to the top edge of the Standard Cathode Ray Tube monitor, (CRT), or use the adapter included to attach it to an LCD screen. The Eclipse Computer Light has three comfort adjustments:
